The adjustment method of the fixed value error fault is relatively simple. First, open the dial of the precision pressure gauge, adjust the pointer according to the regulations and fix it, and then reset the dial. After the adjustment is completed, check the pressure gauge to confirm whether the fault is eliminated.
When a precision pressure gauge tapping displacement fault occurs, the cause of the fault should be determined first, and the cause of the fault should be adjusted and repaired. First, adjust the tightness of each component of the precision pressure gauge to ensure that the tightness is moderate. Secondly, replace the balance spring or adjust the tightness of the balance spring; again, re-rivet the loose parts in the pressure gauge; finally, clean the central shaft and shaft hole with gasoline to eliminate the jamming of the connecting rod rotating shaft; If the fault still cannot be eliminated, it is recommended to replace parts.
To adjust the nonlinear error, you first need to loosen the screw, push the pull rod inward or outward, adjust the angle between the pull rod and the sector gear, so as to eliminate the fault. If one adjustment cannot meet the requirements, repeat the adjustment procedure until the non-linear error of the precision pressure gauge disappears.
