Common problems of the pressure gauge is first its structural composition. The main components of the pressure gauge are joints, spring tubes, movements, etc. There are many welding methods for the pressure gauge, among which the common ones are silver welding, lead-zinc welding, special welding, etc., while the spring tube relies on elastic deformation to complete its work.
By understanding the structure of the pressure gauge, it is easier to understand and solve problems of the pressure gauge. The main problems are as follows:
1) After the pressure gauge is used for a long time, the fan teeth of the instrument will have a certain wear phenomenon. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to start from the contact surface of the fan-shaped teeth and expand the fan-shaped teeth, which effectively solves the contact surface problem, reduces the wear of the fan teeth and prolongs the service life of the pressure gauge.
2) If the flow rate of the measured medium is uneven, the pointer of the meter will rush to the bottom of the stop gear through the increase of the instantaneous pulse. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to start with the movement of the core components, because the swing of the pointer is driven by the movement. Therefore, increasing the spacing of limit nails in the existing movement can solve the problem of pointer displacement of pressure gauges.
3) Some pressure gauges cannot be restored to their original positions after being taken out of the pipeline. This problem can be effectively solved by installing an isolator on the dial.
4) In addition to these problems, shells of pressure gauges are also easy to corrode, so pay attention to the anti-corrosion of the shell. You can use stainless steel shells or spray paint on shells. If it is in a high temperature and humid environment, the casing must be protected and the water vapor should be in direct contact with it as much as possible.
In life, when we see a pressure gauge, we feel that its structure is very simple. After all, this kind of instrument is ubiquitous in our lives, and it is not expensive. Although it is widely used, it is not necessarily well constructed. But in fact, even for such an instrument, its quality requirements are very high and very strict.
1) Spring tube
In a pressure gauge, the spring tube must have a cross-sectional shape, usually similar to oval and oblate. This spring tube must be able to meet a certain degree of elasticity. If the spring tube is too small, it will definitely affect the measurement of the entire pressure gauge.
2) Instructions
As a pressure gauge, its indications can only exceed its allowable error. Beyond this range, the screw should be adjusted according to its instructions, that is, the watch should be repaired. Assuming that the pressure gauge does not have an adjustment screw, it can only be judged that such a pressure gauge is unqualified.
3) Dial
The dial is probably the most demanding place in the pressure gauge, such as the various graduations on the dial and the symbols must be completely clear. Another is that the distributed rulers must be uniform, and the central angle they contain is controlled within 270°. Of course, the width of the scale should not be larger than five and smaller than one.
In addition to the above-mentioned quality requirements that need to be taken care of during the manufacture of the pressure gauge, there is also the choice of material for the pressure gauge. For example, its case must be able to protect the internal infrastructure sector from any damage and contamination.
