1. The range of the pressure gauge can extend its service life. When measuring stable working pressure, the larger range should be 1.5 times the measured value; when measuring fluctuating working pressure, the larger range should be 2 times the measured value.
In addition to protection, stainless steel pressure gauges can also be used to measure the pressure of highly corrosive substances and corrosive steam in the natural environment, such as dilute hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid gas. However, all stainless steel pressure gauges are not suitable for external corrosive substances, such as chlorine, sodium cyanide and other natural environments.
2. Part of the protective instrument panel is manufactured using the equivalent substitution method. According to the characteristics of the tested material, a cutting fluid such as petroleum jelly or methyl silicone oil is injected into the surface of the tested material or in the orifice tube to transmit the working pressure. The pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the working pressure of high-viscosity, crystalline, highly corrosive, high-temperature liquids, steam or substances.
3. The electric contact pressure gauge should adopt magnetic auxiliary electric contact equipment with stable and reliable performance. The contact output power is large. The instrument panel is equipped with a damping device to resist material pulsation or damping vibration. The explosion-proof natural environment electric contact pressure gauge shall be explosion-proof type.
4. Diaphragm pressure gauge can be used for on-site micro pressure measurement. Diaphragm pressure gauges are only suitable for measuring the micro working pressure of steam or liquid substances that do not corrode copper and alloy copper.
