Diff pressure gauge is used for gas ratio control and automatic valve control in combustion processes, as well as for monitoring blood pressure and respiratory pressure in medical and healthcare equipment. It is suitable for measuring the pressure difference of non-crystalline and solidified, corrosive liquids, gases, vapors and other media from the same or different pressure sources.
Based on the use of two corrugated tubes with the same stiffness as the pressure-sensitive element, under the same tested medium, several forces are acted on the moving support.
Since there is no deflection on both sides of the spring under equal torque, the support is still in its original position, so the gear transmission mechanism is stationary, and the pointer still points to the zero position. When different pressures are applied (generally high pressure end higher than low pressure end), the forces acting on the moving support by the two corrugated tubes are not equal, thus producing corresponding displacements respectively. The gear transmission mechanism is driven to amplify the pressure difference between the two, which is displayed by the pointer.
It has high working reliability and stability;
It can output XNUMX upper and lower limit alarm switch signals;
The control voltage range can be continuously adjusted from zero to the full range;
The control panel is symmetrically designed, and has high static pressure resistance and strong overload capacity;
It adopts dedicated high-performance elastic elements with small transmission errors and high indication and control accuracy;
The instrument is divided into two types: chrome steel hybrid structure and all stainless steel structure;
The all stainless steel structure has strong corrosion resistance.
Diff pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the small pressure difference between two high-pressure sources in industrial processes. It is widely used for measuring the pressure loss of filters and observing the working status of valves. It is also widely used for measuring the pressure of fans and blowers, the resistance of filters, air velocity, furnace pressure, orifice plate pressure difference, gas bubble water level, and pressure of hydraulic systems or liquid amplifiers in air-combustion processes for gas ratio control and automatic valve control, as well as for monitoring blood pressure and respiratory pressure in medical and healthcare equipment.
Diff pressure gauges are suitable for measuring various liquid (gas) parameters such as pressure difference and flow rate in the production process of industrial sectors such as chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and nuclear power. The instrument structure is made entirely of stainless steel, and the measuring system (double corrugated tube emergency connector) and pressure guiding system (including joints, conduits, etc.) adopt special structures, with reasonable design, advanced technology, small size, light weight, good stability, long service life, novel appearance and strong adaptability.
